Brown butter, Biscoff, milk chocolate.
Every cookie starts with British butter, slowly browned until golden and nutty, then mixed with sugars, vanilla extract and eggs. The flours, baking soda and salt are added before white and milk chocolate are folded through the dough.
The dough rests for 48 hours to fully develop its flavour, then it is portioned and frozen before baking. This creates a crisp, crunchy outside with a thick, soft centre.
Each cookie is finished with a Biscoff biscuit and a smooth, milky Nutella drizzle before being chilled, packed and made ready for collection.
